Cena Latina
(Latin Dinner)
As part of an effort to
improve our proficiency in spoken Latin, as well as fostering a community of
Latinists, we try to gather for a dinner once a month, where only Latin is
spoken. At a typical cena, you will find people of all levels of proficiency,
from veteran speakers, to high school students, to regular (?) people who
simply love Latin. When it comes to spoken Latin, everyone makes mistakes, so
don’t think you have to speak perfectly in order to participate.
